Finally snapped up by Fabric's in-house record label Houndstooth, Bristol's heavy-hitting techno-punks SCALPING have shared their thrilling new single 'Deadlock'. Capturing the intensity of their infectious live shows, 'Deadlock' is just as impactful on record. Sporting a relentless thud from an electronic kick, acidic synth stabs burn through the mix like lasers, as layer upon layer of overdriven guitar creates an intentionally suffocating density to the track. Brought into a rockier space by the pummelling live drums, 'Deadlock' is a cacophonous masterclass in fusing genres.
